Breakfast was superb, lovely views, magnificent location right by Bournemouth square where the main roads meet, the Bournemouth International Centre, and the shops and nearby restaurants. Loved a well-stocked mini bar, a balcony, and a safe in the room. Great service, although a few employees were very rude. I often visited a karaoke bar.

It was clean and the staff were extremely helpful, beds were comfy. The breakfast offered lots of food and was nice hot and perfect. Absolutely perfect and fantastic location close enough to restaurants, the shops and nearby restaurants and Bournemouth in the future, I felt safe. I had good days staying at this old-fashioned hotel.
As for me, the area was unpleasant.
